Delivery Timeline Expectations

When Deliveries Don’t Land

  • Post third failure, the parcel is returned to our facility  
  • Re-dispatch can be arranged on request but additional charges may apply  
  • Make sure someone is present to receive your parcel  
  • Accurate address input helps reduce delivery complications  
  • If a delay on your end is anticipated, let us know early so we can assist

Damaged or Lost in Transit  

While we package every item with diligence, rare mishaps during transit can occur. If your parcel arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with clear photos so we can resolve the matter quickly.  

Based on the issue, we’ll either initiate a replacement or offer a refund, depending on availability. For lost items, we coordinate with the courier service for swift investigation and resolution.
